Following the takeover of ODL Securities in the UK by FXCM Holdings, announced
5 May 2010, AxiCorp Financial Services Pty Ltd (Formerly AxisForex Group Holdings Pty Ltd) wishes to announce that the joint venture arrangements with ODL have terminated as of 30 April 2010. The Australian operations will remain with AxiCorp and local clients will experience seamless continuity of service. Support operations, previously run from the UK offices of ODL, were migrated to Australia in March, including the transfer of IT and server functions. A change of trading name to "AxiTrader" officially occurred on May 31, 2010.
"We will maintain our dedication to personalised customer service and continue to maintain counterparty relationships with key market participants, including FXCM/ODL" said AxiCorp Chief Executive Mr. Goran Drapac. "We will continue to provide some of the most competitive spreads in the regional marketplace, excellent products, service, trading support and education for our clients.
